Guitar One Magazine 1996-1997
$7.00 – $15.00
Guitar One magazine was first published in 1996 by Wolf Marshall who had been a regular contributor to Guitar for the Practicing Musician magazine, which was the dominant magazine (at the time) for transcriptions, tips and techniques. Guitar One was more focused on music and less so on interviews and profiles of artist and would eventually replace Guitar for the Practicing Musician, which ended it's run in 1999, as the most prolific monthly magazine producing transcribed guitar music. Eventually, the other dominant publication in this space, Guitar World magazine, would purchase the publishing rights for Guitar One.
