Look out for #4 with Gilbert Hernandez contributing a “Heartbreak Soup” vignette, Peter Bagge and a Journey short, and #2 with Jaime Hernandez, a disappointing Jack Kirby and Joe Sinnott Captain Victory and Alan Moore and Don Simpson’s excellent “Pictopia.” It’s a fondly observed lament about the monopolization of comics by super-heroes with thinly veiled guest appearances.
